As a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist, you''ll be at the heart of both primary and special servicing activities, managing a diverse range of bridging loans. Your day-to-day will involve engaging directly with customers and clients, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring strict adherence to internal SLAs and regulatory standards.Responsibilities of the position of Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist:Engage with customers and clients regularly to understand and address account servicing needsConduct primary servicing activities, including income and expenditure reviews and implement solutions such as payment arrangements, assisted sales or loan workoutsMonitor agreed strategies and take appropriate action where necessaryWork closely with solicitors and stakeholders to support legal and insolvency processesPrepare and submit referrals for all cases outside of mandate to the ManagerProduce accurate, high-quality management information and reporting as neededAdhere to all internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative standardsSupport the implementation of approved case strategies across the portfolioContribute to the culture of Treating Customers Fairly and meet Consumer Duty expectationsExperience and Skills Required for the position of Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist:Background in collections, arrears handling, or a similar regulated servicing environment within Bridging finance is essential (open to similar product/lending types)Experienced in term expiryA basic understanding of insolvency and legal servicing processes is desirableA team player with a proactive, solutions-focused attitudeFor more information regarding the role of
