What You ll Be Doing: Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and monthly valuations. Collaborate with Project Managers to validate tenders, prepare cash flow forecasts, and maintain project cost control systems (CCS). Attend site regularly for measurement, interim valuations, and monitoring of project progress. Identify and manage variations, loss and expense claims, and ensure timely submissions in line with contractual conditions. Lead on client invoicing, subcontractor payments, and supplier contracts with financial accuracy. Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely resolution of contractual or commercial issues.
