This role is available on a hybrid working basis, you''ll be likely to work 2-3 days in the office. The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be assisting the Commercial Manager providing contract and financial management for projects whilst holding relationships with key stakeholders and external clients. You''ll also be assisting the Commercial Manager with overseeing and managing a small team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors. Required Skills / ExperiencePrevious experience working in the Construction or Social Housing as a Quantity Surveyor.Experience with NEC Contracts or similar.Previous experience managing subcontractors.Qualification within Quantity Surveyor is essential.
