A Berkshire based FM & Hard Services Bid Manager is required for a very fast moving role.-

Working for a historic, privately owned SME Building Services-specialist.-

Office based/Client based at their HQ in Slough 4 days a week. 1 from home.-

The ideal Bid Manager candidate will be able to-manage and deliver successful-bids that result in a tender win from the initial receipt of the opportunity through to final tender submission.

This will include any following presentations, and tender negotiations with the client.

Perhaps you are currently-a Bid Writer looking for a step up, maybe one that you''re not currently getting now. This could be your opportunity.-

You will be expected to add commercial value through analysis of internal and external financial levers- As well as leading on key cross-department projects and act as interface between Sales, Mobilisation, Operations and the Business generally.

You will have a fully functioning support team in order to manage the extensive Sales team.

As this is a smaller outfit with a long standing history in the Hard FM space, you will be acting as a crucial advisor & resource for Directors on pricing decisions.- Helping to support-the development of a companywide pricing strategy

Projecting strong-Client & Stakeholder relationships in this key post. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as-problem-solving skills

The ideal person is results driven; having a proactive, goal-orientated approach to decision making.
