Role - Bid Manager Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Bid Manager to take ownership of the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission and post-tender review. Working closely with senior leadership and technical specialists, you''ll coordinate multiple bids simultaneously, producing compelling, compliant and high-quality submissions while ensuring deadlines are met and bid processes are continuously improved. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end bid process across public and private sector tenders. Monitor tender portals and frameworks to identify suitable opportunities. Coordinate bid strategies alongside senior stakeholders. Lead bid kick-off meetings and manage submission programmes. Produce, edit and proofread high-quality bid responses. Coordinate technical input from subject matter experts. Maintain and develop the bid library, including case studies, CVs and standard content.
