This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and steadily expanding business, producing high-precision components for demanding industries where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.Key Responsibilities CNC MachinistProgramming, setting and operating CNC turning machines.Manufacturing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances.Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Carrying out in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.Making tooling and offset adjustments as required.Maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.Working closely with the production team to meet production targets and customer deadlines. Essential Requirements CNC MachinistProven experience as a CNC Turner.Ability to independently programme, set and operate CNC lathes.Strong understanding of engineering drawings and precision machining techniques.Experience producing complex components to tight tolerances.Ability to work with minimal supervision. Desirable Experience CNC MachinistExperience with Matsuura, Haas or Doosan machines.Knowledge of Fanuc controls.Experience operating Twin-Spindle Lathes.Previous experience within the Aerospace or Defence industries. ..... full job details .....
