Are you a highly motivated individual with hands-on experience, looking to work for an established company who will provide you with full training, job security and career progression?

On offer is a permanent Monday-Friday days role where you will be trained to run CNC machines in a tight-knit team. You''ll have a clear route to build your skills long-term, with progression into CNC setting/milling as you grow in the position.

This company are a specialist family-run company known for quality and a steady workload. Due to increased demand, they are looking to expand the team with an additional CNC Machinist.

In this role you will operate CNC machinery, work from job instructions, and support the workshop with general machining / production tasks, with on-the-job training to develop into setting responsibilities over time.

This role would suit a highly motivated individual from a workshop or hands-on background, looking for long-term stability, training and clear progression into a more advanced CNC positions.

The Role:

• Day-to-Day basic workshop tasks
• On-the-job training with progression into CNC setting / milling
• Monday to Friday days (7:30am - 4:30pm)
• Occasional overtime available (weekday x1.25 / Saturday x1.5)

The Person:

• Some workshop / hands-on manufacturing experience
• Keen to learn, develop and progress long term
• Commutable to Harlow
