REGISTERED MANAGER - DOMICILIARY / HOMECARE Location: Worcester Salary: £40,000 £47,000 per annum, depending on experience Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead its domiciliary care service and be accountable for the safe, effective and compliant operation of the branch, ensuring that people receive high-quality, person-centred care in their own homes. The role requires strong operational leadership, sound regulatory knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the domiciliary care branch in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations, relevant legislation and company policies. Provide effective leadership, supervision and mentoring to care workers, field supervisors and office-based staff. Promote and develop the business to grow it to be highly sought after and profitable Complete and oversee initial care assessments, reviews and risk assessments, ensuring that person-centred care plans are accurate, current and responsive to changing needs. Check coordination of staff rotas and care visits to maintain safe staffing levels, continuity of care and reliable service delivery. Participate in the on-call rota and respond appropriately to urgent operational matters. Monitor service quality through audits, spot checks, reviews, feedback and other quality-assurance activities.
