Your responsibilities will include:

About You
We are interested in speaking with experienced Registered Managers as well as strong Deputy Managers who are ready to take the next step in their careers.
The most important qualities are your understanding of children''s residential care, your leadership capabilities and your commitment to achieving positive outcomes for young people.
We are looking for someone with:
- Substantial experience working within children''s residential care.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager with significant leadership responsibility.
- Direct involvement in Ofsted inspections, including preparation, the inspection process and/or subsequent improvement planning.

- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or eligibility and willingness to complete the qualification within the required timeframe.

Experience working with children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), complex needs or SEMH would be particularly advantageous.
A proven track record of achieving positive Ofsted outcomes or successfully implementing improvements within a children''s home would also be highly valued.
However, previous registration is not essential. Experienced Deputies with strong inspection experience and the appropriate background will be seriously considered.
Why Join This Organisation?
