This role would suit someone with proven Account Management or Customer Success experience within a SaaS environment who enjoys building strategic client relationships and driving commercial growth.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SaaS customer accounts.
• Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account growth opportunities.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored software solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve commercial targets.

• Proven Account Management or Customer Success experience within a SaaS business.
• Construction / Building Services background
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with experience growing existing accounts.
• Organised, proactive, and driven to achieve targets.
