Looking for an account management role that''s actually about managing accounts - not just chasing renewals?

This is a genuine relationship-led role, based in nice offices just outside Redhill, with a team that''s friendly, down-to-earth and easy to work with. You''ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of business clients, focused on service, support and getting the most out of the partnership for both sides

The role:

Varied and hands-on - you''ll be working closely with clients and internal teams day to day.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular, proactive contact
• Manage incoming queries from start to resolution
• Support onboarding, including data prep and training
• Work with marketing to put together tailored activity plans
• Coordinate larger projects across multiple internal teams
• Provide reporting and insight to support client performance

What we''re looking for:

• Around 2+ years in account management or a customer-facing role
• SaaS or tech-sector experience useful but not essential
• Commercial awareness - you understand what drives a business
• Strong communicator who builds trust easily
• Comfortable with Excel and working with data
• Organised, able to manage competing priorities
