We''re seeking an experienced Joiner to join a busy team producing high-quality, purpose-made joinery for point of sale and visual merchandising products.This is a great opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship in a well-equipped workshop, working on bespoke, precision projects.Location: Halifax Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (40 hours per week, 30-minute lunch, 2 x 15-minute breaks) Pay Rate: Up to 17.00 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities:Manufacture purpose-made joinery to specification on secured work ordersRead, interpret, and work from production schedules, technical, and construction drawingsWork accurately with raw materials to minimize waste and maintain qualityOperate woodworking machinery and handheld power tools safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe working areaProduce high-quality work in line with company standardsFollow all company policies and Health and Safety requirementsSupport good working relationships and uphold a professional company image at all timesUndertake additional duties and overtime when requiredAbout You:Experience in joinery or woodworking within a workshop environmentRelevant trade qualifications or equivalent hands-on experienceStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood understanding of materials, measurements, and assembly drawingsPositive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to adapt to new systems or methodsIf you take pride in craftsmanship and are looking for a steady, full-time role
