Bench Joiner Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Manufacture bespoke joinery items for in store and exhibition displaysOperate a range of woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.Assemble and fit components to precise measurements and quality standards.Sanding, finishing, and preparing wood surfaces as required.Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment. Bench Joiner Key RequirementsProven experience as a Bench Joiner in a workshop environment is essential.Ability to read and work from detailed drawings and specifications.Excellent attention to detail and high-quality craftsmanship.Good understanding of health and safety practices in a workshop setting.NVQ, City and Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Joinery (preferred but not essential).
