RoleWe are currently seeking to appoint a Learning Support Administrator. You will make a significant contribution to our outstanding Learning Support programme area.
Responsibilities
Work closely with teaching staff and provide in-class support on a range of courses from entry level one to advanced level three.
Provide high quality support for GCSE and Functional Skills English and Maths.
Support the learning environment to help students achieve their full academic potential.
Contribute to the administration and organisation of learning support services as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a supportive and patient manner.
Knowledge and understanding of inclusive education and working with young people who have a range of disabilities and learning difficulties.
Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and a proactive approach to safeguarding and wellbeing.
Experience in an education setting is desirable but not required.
Terms and Benefits
Salary: SC5- £26,421- £28,426 per annum (PRO RATA based on term time only).
Hours: Permanent, term time only.
Reports to: Programme Manager – Learning Support.
