We specialise in managed IT support, Microsoft 365 environments, and cyber security compliance including cyber essentials.We are looking for a motivated apprentice who wants to build a genuine career in IT - with clear progression into Cyber Security or Network Engineering.About the role:You will join our Service Desk providing structured 1st line support to business clients. As your skills develop, you will progress into on-site installations and more advanced technical responsibilities.This role combines technical support with internal systems development - helping us continuously improve how we operate.Responsibilities:Provide telephone and remote 1st line supportLog and manage tickets using our PSA systemAssist with Microsoft 365 user administrationSupport installation of hardware and softwareProgress into site-based installationsUpdate and maintain internal process documentationHelp improve digital systems and workflowsTest new tools, automations and security configurationsDocument recurring issues and suggest improvementsSupport internal quality and compliance initiativesThis is not just a helpdesk role - you will help improve how the business runs.Entry requirements:3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subjectGCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at th
