IT Service Desk Engineer (1st / 2nd Line) Location: Horsham, West SussexSalary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) A growing IT Managed Service Provider based in West Sussex is looking for a talented IT Service Desk Engineer to join their team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality 1st and 2nd Line support to a varied client base, offering excellent exposure to modern technologies within a supportive MSP environment. The Role: Providing remote and occasional onsite 1st/2nd Line support Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory issues Supporting basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) Managing tickets within agreed SLAs Escalating complex issues where required What We''re Looking For: Previous experience in a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role (MSP experience desirable) Strong customer service and communication skills Good Microsoft 365 and AD knowledge Full UK driving licence What''s On Offer: Salary up to £35k depending on experience Paid certifications and ongoing technical development Clear progression opportunities Supportive team environment If you''re looking to grow your technical career within a forward-thinking MSP, this is a great opportunity to step up.
