I am working with a well-established organisation in Cambournewho are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to support theday-to-day transactional finance function. This role would suitsomeone with previous finance experience who is looking todevelop their skills across both accounts payable and accountsreceivable. Key responsibilities: Processing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate accountspayable records Managing customer invoices, receipts and outstanding balances Assisting with payment runs and supplier statementreconciliations Processing employee expenses and ensuring supportingdocumentation is complete Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations Responding to supplier and customer queries in a professionaland timely manner Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting month-endprocesses Providing general transactional finance and administrativesupport as required The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in an accounts or finance position Good understanding of transactional finance, ideally acrossboth AP and AR Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work Good Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems Clear communication skills and the ability to manage routinequeries effectively This is a good opportunity for an Accounts Assistant seeking abroad transactional finance role.
