Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, lodgements, and perform bank and credit card reconciliations using Sage.
Monitor outstanding payments, issue statements, and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely debt collection.
Manage supplier accounts, reconcile statements, process purchase orders, and resolve queries or returns.
Prepare payroll data, VAT returns, and support external accountants with financial reporting and compliance.
Track stock levels in Sage, assist with stock takes, and coordinate with production for accurate inventory management.
Process orders, generate dispatch documents, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Oversee administrative workflows, delegate tasks, and provide general office support across departments.
Arrange staff travel and logistics, issue labels for dispatch, and manage delivery schedules and reports.
What you''ll need to succeed
Previous experience working within a similar Accounts/Administration role
Familiarity with Sage 50, Excel and Word
Demonstrate excellent time management skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines
