This role reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for the management, maintenance and continuous monitoring of the Quality Management System. The position includes line-management responsibility for the Inspection Team and acting as the organisation''s representative for all quality-related matters.The ideal candidate will have strong aerospace experience, excellent understanding of ISO 9100/AS9100 standards, and proven capability in managing inspection and test activities.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Management and ComplianceMaintain quality control within manufacturing processes to meet business and customer requirements.Manage all calibration, testing, qualification and associated approvals.Inspect and verify parts at all stages of production.Oversee the maintenance and readiness of calibrated equipment for manufacturing operations.Create and approve FAIR/LAIR documentation in line with specifications and customer/design authority requirements.Act as Approved Signatory for release and inspection-related processes within the Quality Management System.Plan and conduct internal and external audits to ISO 9100 and AS9100 standards.Team LeadershipLead, manage
