Backed by substantial ongoing investment into product development, the business is innovating at pace and continually enhancing its technology platform.We are working with our client to recruit a Customer and Application Support Specialist, who will act as a trusted first-point of contact for customers (Banks and Lenders). This role is central to the customer experience and requires someone who is customer-centric, proactive, and comfortable owning issues end-to-end.This is not a call-centre or script-based support role.
