Reporting to one of the HR Managers, this role sits within the HR RUI team, supporting wider RUI.Key responsibilitiesProvide advice to management on employee relations and management issuesManage and support disciplinary and grievance and other ER issuesLead annual and in cycle HR processes including inclusive recruitment, succession planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, Individual Performance Factor (IPF) calibration etc. in conjunction with HR guidelinesCoordinate organizational changes to meet business needs, including restructures, outsourcing, relocation, job development opportunities, and MandA activityEnsure that managers are upskilled to manage their own grievance/disciplinary/performance and management processes, involving the management of more complex casesSupport the HR Manager with near and long term workforce forecastin
