Processing customer orders through internal systems and issuing order acknowledgements. Running daily reports to support the management of customer accounts and operational activities.Setting up new customer product codes and maintaining accurate customer records. Processing, issuing and filing customer stock agreements. Managing and maintaining customer pricing files and delivery schedules. Monitoring and updating workflow tasks to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner. Coordinating direct orders, checking pricing, delivery requirements and supplier confirmations.
