Reporting to the Change Delivery Manager, you''ll own the delivery of a diverse range of activities which will drive business change through effective project delivery. Managing multiple key business stakeholders, you''ll be accountable for understanding their requirements/the need for change and translating this from discovery into a robust business case and project plan that will capture the impact on our customers, people, policies, processes and technology. You''ll be responsible for leading on project delivery and implementation to successfully implement new ways of working. You''ll take full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation and satisfactory completion of projects and provide effective leadership to the project team, adopting appropriate project management methods and tools. It is essential that you have a recognised project or programme management qualification/certification: Prince2, MSP or PMP or equivalent experience.
