Head of Transformation - Hybrid - c£140,000 Washington Frank are working with an organisation that is investing in technology and now needs a Head of ERP and IT Transformation to deliver a multi-country programme. The focus is on creating a consistent way of working across the business. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation alongside a wider portfolio of projects covering warehouse automation, operating model design and programme governance. Your Role and Responsibilities: Deliver the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP across the business Manage the warehouse and automation technology strategy, including WMS and WCS integrations Design and implement a new operating model and standardise Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes Set up a PMO covering governance and budget control and manage external implementation partners Build and manage a delivery team of Delivery Managers, Business Analysts and QA resource Key Experience and Skills: 10+ years'' experience delivering enterprise-scale business and technology transformation programmes End to end delivery of a Tier 1 ERP implementation Experience of multi-country programmes with budgets in excess of £5m Experience of programme governance, PMO, testing, cutover and benefits realisation Experience of working with Executive and Board-level stakeholders If you are interested in this position please send your CV to ..... full job details .....
