The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of your division. You ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle from winning new business and developing client relationships, through to sourcing, placing and supporting top talent. Timing is everything in this role: the right client, the right role, and the right candidate.
