Staff Nurse - Cancer Assessment Unit

Work as part of a team of registered nurses, nursing associates, health care support workers and student nurses to deliver safe, effective care to patients within the Cancer Assessment Unit (CAU), in collaboration with the medical team and wider MDT to ensure a high-quality service.Participate in roles within the unit relevant to the nurse’s competencies as they develop, working in both the Cancer Assessment Unit and covering the Chemotherapy Hotline Service.Lead the team in delivering safe, effective care in the CAU and take overall responsibility for the Chemotherapy Hotline service, ensuring it is adequately resourced and audited.Qualifications
