Temporary - until sell-out of current phase (approx. 6 months).

Package:

Basic on day rate £35 - £40k, plus commission (£350 per plot) or £4,000 sell-out bonus.

What you''ll be doing

Lead sales on site, handling enquiries, progressing leads, and closing reservations.

Act as the "face of the site" for buyers and visitors.

Liaise with part-time support staff and management to ensure smooth delivery.

Guide customers through the full journey from offer to completion.

Who we''re looking for

Proven New Homes Sales Consultant with strong closing skills.

Confident, proactive, commercially minded, and motivated by commission.

Able to work independently (at least 5 days/week on site).

Comfortable working with premium buyers and representing a leading developer.
