Site Manager - Planned Maintenance 55K plus package Walton on Thames based Full-Time, permanent positionWe are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit multiple experienced Site Managers to deliver Planned Maintenance Projects throughout Walton on Thames. Work scopes are varied, and include aids and adapts, kitchens, bathrooms, roofing works, window and door replacements, cladding, structural repairs and insulation. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs to tenanted properties, through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers.
