Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a major infrastructure scheme involving tunnelling and shaft sinking. Key Responsibilities Manage day to day site operations and subcontractors. Oversee tunnelling, shaft sinking and underground construction activities. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and programme requirements. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and site resources. Monitor progress and liaise with project management and engineering teams. Requirements Proven Site Management or Site Supervision experience in tunnelling, shaft sinking or underground civils. Strong background in heavy civil engineering and infrastructure. SMSTS and Gold or Black CSCS card. Experience with TBM, SCL, deep excavations or microtunnelling is advantageous.
