Operations Manager in Slough,

• Coordinate with at all levels in order to make sure the daily airside operations are in order and
  within the SLA (Service Level Agreement) on daily basis.
• To meet with the client for coordination of the regular requirements and evaluating any new
• requirements in order to align them with the operations procedures and to prepare an ad hoc training plan
  accordingly if needed on weekly basis.
• To assist and recommend development and implementation of new procedures to enhance the
• workflow of the department on circumstantial basis.
• Review Airport Safety and Security Rules and Regulations and the internal safety rules
• and procedures of TKE on daily basis.
  Oversee daily operational activity across the Engineering & Manufacturing department to keep work on track.
• Plan and coordinate workloads so that operational priorities are clear and achievable.
• Monitor progress against agreed plans and address issues that could affect delivery.
• Work with engineering and manufacturing colleagues to align day-to-day activity.
• Set clear operational priorities and communicate changes to relevant teams.
• Review operational performance and use findings to improve how work is organised.
• Maintain accurate operational records to support planning and informed decisions.
• Identify practical ways to improve processes and help the department work efficiently.
