Blue Arrow are looking for an administrator to work with a highly recommended client, in a hybrid setting. This is working with a small team in an education sector. You must have at least 1 year of administrator experience to be successful for this position. Responsibilities:Ensure the topics and content of the webinar programme are relevant by working closely with our membership and using feedback tools.Propose new sessions based on research and member needs.Build good working relationships with trainers and support their engagement.Support the Education Manager with documentation for External Verification Visits.Engage with members and students for feedback on educational offerings.Undertake continuous professional development.Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondenceSkills and ExperienceAbility to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.Ability to engage with delegates and team members.Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure.You must be efficient in all Microsoft applications. Previous admin experience is essential.This position will be Monday to Friday with standard office opening hours, from 8:30am - 5pm.
