Job Title: Onboarding Administrator (WIMS Experienced) Role Overview: The Onboarding Administrator will support the safe and compliant mobilisation of a large workforce on a major, highly regulated infrastructure project. The role requires proven experience using the Workforce Information Management System (WIMS) to manage worker records, onboarding workflows, and compliance requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end onboarding process for new startersCreate, update and maintain accurate worker records within WIMSVerify and upload right-to-work documentation, qualifications, training and competency evidenceTrack and progress vetting, inductions, medicals, security clearance and mandatory trainingLiaise with recruitment teams, contractors, training providers and internal stakeholdersMonitor onboarding status and proactively chase outstanding actionsEnsure all workers meet safety, access and compliance requirements prior to mobilisationProduce onboarding, compliance and workforce reports as requiredProvide WIMS system support and guidance to users and stakeholdersMaintain strict data accuracy, confidentiality and GDPR complianceEssential Experience and SkillsDemonstrable experience using WIMS in a construction, infrastructure or regulated environmentStrong administrative and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and data accuracyConfident using IT systems and databases (e.g. MS Office)Ability to manage high volumes of onboarding activityExcellent communicatio
