Senior MandE Quantity Surveyor Location: Heathrow Rate: 450- 550 per day (Outside IR35) Contract: Long Term Start: ASAP We''re recruiting for an experienced MandE Quantity Surveyor to join a major baggage handling project at Heathrow Airport. This is a long-term contract working alongside the design and planning teams, where you''ll play a key role in identifying design changes, pricing variations and ensuring commercial risks are picked up early. The Role Measure works from MandE design drawings. Review designs and identify any issues, omissions or changes. Produce accurate costings for design changes and variations. Raise and manage Early Warnings. Work closely with the Planner and Design Team to ensure programme changes are reflected commercially. Present costs and commercial information to the client. Support commercial reporting throughout the project. What We''re Looking For Proven experience as an MandE Quantity Surveyor. Strong understanding of design-stage commercial management. Experience pricing variations and change control. Good knowledge of NEC contracts and Early Warnings. Able to read and interpret MandE design drawings. Previous experience on major infrastructure, airport or complex MandE projects would be advantageous. Ideally based within commuting distance of Heathrow.
