Avanti Recruitment is currently working with a leading, award-winning FinTech who are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to take responsibility for engineering leadership and delivery. The business provides cutting-edge financial technology solutions to global financial institutions and has been recognised for excellence and innovation across the sector. The Role You will be responsible for leading and mentoring the engineering team, ensuring delivery excellence, operational resilience, and platform growth. This role combines technical leadership with people management and requires someone confident in engineering delivery, incident management, platform operations, and client support. This role will require you in office 4 days per week and located in Surrey.
