You will lead and develop our on-site engineering teams, ensuring they are trained, capable, and equipped to deliver first-line response to incidents while maintaining a strong culture of health, safety, and compliance. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, overseeing maintenance, incident management, upgrades, and vendor relationships to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction. You will also manage budgets, contracts, and financial performance, delivering efficiencies while supporting long-term strategic objectives for the campus.Qualifications
Previous data centre management experienceFormally qualified engineer or equivalent experienceAuthorised Person experience (HV and LV systems)Strong HSE management track recordProven leadership, coaching and team management skillsSolid knowledge of BMS and CAFM systems in a DC environmentFinancial and contract management capability (OPEX, CapEx, vendor management)Ability to work under pressure and resolve technical problems effectivelyWhat’s in it for you?
