Mobile HGV Technician Erith £54k basic + or 2 x hourly rate, Van 50 hour working week including travel time door to door Are you a Qualified Trailer Technician or HGV Technician that enjoys being on customer sites?As a Mobile Technician you will be responsible for maintaining fleets of trailers, trucks and LCVs across customer sites in the region.As the Mobile HGV Technician you will be: Supporting customers at their sites by maintaining and repairing fleets of Trailers, Trucks and LCV Fault-finding and diagnostics. Completing inspections on engines and electrical components and rectifying problems Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to both new and used trucks and trailers. What we would like you to have as the Mobile HGV Technician: NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent); Knowledge and experience of servicing and maintaining HGVs and other commercial vehicles and the ability to perform repairs on various types and brands of vehicle; Experience in carrying out diagnostic repairs and fault finding; Full valid driving licence Excellent communication and customer service skills A real commitment to delivering first class service and a sense of pride in your work As the Mobile HGV Technician you will receive: 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, increasing for long service 4% employer pension contribution Death in service and Critical illness cover Ongoing training
