What you''ll be doing as an HGV Technician: Performing routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on trucks and trailers Carrying out vehicle inspections, MOT preparation and presentation Diagnosing and repairing faults with a "Right First Time" approach Completing job cards and service sheets via online systems Prioritising workload to maximise efficiency and service standards Ensuring all work is carried out in a compliant, safe and timely manner What we need from you: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in HGV Repair and Maintenance Minimum of 2 years'' post-qualified experience working on HGVs and trailers Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills A full, valid UK driving licence Comfortable using online service systems - basic IT skills are useful Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards What you''ll receive in return: Annual salary from £69,800 basic + or 2 x hourly rate Night shift hours: 4 x 12 hour shifts Sunday Night - Thursday 6pm - 6am (48 hours per week)
