Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks.

• Work alongside the class teacher to help deliver engaging lessons.

• Provide individual and small-group support when required.

• Encourage positive behaviour and pupil participation.

• Help maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting.

• A positive, patient and adaptable approach.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• An understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
