Job Title: Early Years Teacher AssistantLocation: Harrogate and surrounding areasThe Role: We are looking for an Early Years Teacher Assistant to work on a temporary contract across various Primary schools across the Harrogate and surrounding areas. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help give our youngest children the best start to their school experience. You will need a strong understanding of the Early years foundation stage framework (EYFS) and be able to create an inclusive, nurturing environment that helps children build their confidence and curiosity in a classroom environment.You will be helping deliver engaging lessons alongside the class teacher in line with the National Curriculum, to meet the needs of the children and across Early Years provision.Create an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages a love for learning and promotes pupil development.Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support children.Be able to adapt your teaching approach to meet various SEND needs of the children.Committed to help create a safe and engaging environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.The School and Requirements:You must hold a level 2 or 3 in Early years/ Childcare or equivalent.You can demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners.Excellent communication to be able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.Have a ..... full job details .....
