Due to continued growth and the award of new contracts, we are looking to expand our team and recruit experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support our work across the East Midlands. About the Role: Working within occupied domestic properties, you will be responsible for completing a variety of reinstatement and refurbishment works following insurance claims. We are seeking skilled individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and excellent customer service. Essential Trade Skills: Applicants should be competent in at least three or more of the following trades: First and second fix carpentry Kitchen installation and bespoke joinery Bathroom fitting Plastering Plumbing Basic electrical works Wall and floor tiling Flooring installation, including: Solid wood flooring Laminate flooring Glue-down vinyl flooring Brickwork and blockwork Landscaping and external works Painting and decorating Candidate Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must: Have your own van suitable for carrying tools and materials Possess your own tools and equipment Have relevant trade qualifications and/or demonstrable industry experience Hold appropriate Public Liability Insurance Have an up-to-date DBS check (or be ..... full job details .....
