The successful candidate will have strong plumbing skills as their primary trade, with good carpentry skills as a secondary trade alongside other general maintenance abilities. Location: RugbyPay: 20.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmStart Date: ASAPDuration: Ongoing Multi Trade Operative Carry out responsive repairs and maintenance within occupied domestic properties. Undertake a wide range of domestic plumbing repairs, with plumbing being the primary trade. Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing repairs. Identify and repair leaks and carry out general fault finding. Repair and replace taps, toilets, basins and other sanitary ware. Complete waste pipe and general drainage-related plumbing repairs. Carry out general remedial plumbing works. Undertake associated carpentry repairs where required. Complete a good proportion of repairs on the first visit without requiring additional trades. Work independently in occupied properties while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. Use basic IT systems to record completed works and relevant information, with in-house training provided.
