Mechanical Project Manager The Role An established building services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver commercial fit-out projects across London. You will take responsibility for mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. Projects will include high-quality office, workplace and commercial interior fit-outs throughout Central and Greater London. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of mechanical building services packages from design coordination through installation, commissioning and handover. Develop and maintain project programmes, procurement schedules and delivery plans. Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, architectural, structural and specialist subcontractor packages. Review drawings, specifications, technical submissions and design information. Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour, ensuring works meet programme and quality requirements. Monitor project costs, variations, procurement and commercial performance alongside the commercial team. Chair progress meetings and provide clear reports to clients, consultants and senior management. Identify project risks, technical issues and programme constraints, implementing effective solutions.
