The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, working closely with the Store Manager to drive commercial success, develop your team, and maintain exceptional brand standards. You will lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your colleagues, and ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and an engaging shopping experience.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Support recruitment, training, coaching, and team development.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, deliveries, and loss prevention.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise commercial results.
• Take ownership of the store in the Store Manager''s absence, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company policies and procedures.
