The Role
As Assistant Manager, you''ll work in partnership with the Store Manager to drive store performance, build a high-performing team and ensure customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance to achieve and exceed targets
  
• Leading, motivating and coaching the team to deliver results
  
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing team development
  
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
  
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty
  
• Supporting stock management, loss prevention and day-to-day operations
  
• Taking ownership of the store in the Store Manager''s absence
  
• Creating a positive, energetic environment where the team can thrive
  

About You
We''re looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for people and retail.
You''ll ideally have:

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Team Leader or experienced Keyholder within retail
  
• A track record of driving sales and delivering against KPIs
  
• The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team
  
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example
  
• A passion for customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
  
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
  
• The ambition to develop and progress within retail management
  

Experience in fashion, footwear, accessories, lifestyle, premium or other customer-focused retail environments would be beneficial.
