HR Business Partner Join a progressive educational organisation as an HR Business Partner, providing expert, people-focused HR support. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key responsibilities: Lead regional employee relations, resolving complex people issues quickly and effectively. Drive recruitment and attraction, partnering with central teams to build strong teams. Shape HR policies and best practice, ensuring a compliant, effective and people-focused approach. Use HR data and insight to identify improvements and drive regional people strategies. Champion learning and development, ensuring leaders and HR teams have the skills and support to succeed. Lead people-focused change, supporting organisational transformation, performance and culture. Collaborate across the People team, sharing best practice and driving innovative solutions aligned to organisational priorities. Key Requirements: CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience) with a passion for developing your HR expertise. Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Confident in handling complex employee relations and casework. Educational sector experience, with a strong understanding of the challenges impacting HR.
