This-role-is-a-12-month-fixed-term-contract.

Key-responsibilities:

• Lead-regional-employee-relations,-resolving-complex-people-issues-quickly-and-effectively.
• Drive-recruitment-and-attraction,-partnering-with-central-teams-to-build-strong-teams.
• Shape-HR-policies-and-best-practice,-ensuring-a-compliant,-effective-and-people-focused-approach.
• Use-HR-data-and-insight-to-identify-improvements-and-drive-regional-people-strategies.
• Champion-learning-and-development,-ensuring-leaders-and-HR-teams-have-the-skills-and-support-to-succeed.
• Lead-people-focused-change,-supporting-organisational-transformation,-performance-and-culture.
• Collaborate-across-the-People-team,-sharing-best-practice-and-driving-innovative-solutions-aligned-to-organisational-priorities.

Key-Requirements:

• CIPD-qualified-(or-equivalent-experience)-with-a-passion-for-developing-your-HR-expertise.
• Strong-HR-generalist-experience,-ideally-within-a-fast-paced-environment.
• Confident-in-handling-complex-employee-relations-and-casework.
• Educational-sector-experience,-with-a-strong-understanding-of-the-challenges-impacting-HR.
• Previous-team-leadership-experience-desirable.
