You will be responsible for coordinating people, resources, and production activities within designated work centres to achieve quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.Working closely with the Operations Process Management team, you will lead and develop a team of operators, ensuring workloads are balanced, skills are aligned to operational requirements, and performance expectations are consistently achieved.
