As a Production Team Leader, you''ll be responsible for leading a team of around 40 production operatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working closely alongside another Team Leader and reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you''ll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and developing your team.
