You will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure installations are delivered on time, meet client requirements, and adhere to safety and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOnsite (90%) Practical Work:Installation, testing, and configuration of AV and Video Conferencing systemsRack building and cable managementFault-finding, testing, and post-installation servicing of AV systemsPreparing and maintaining installation tools, documentation, and consumablesLiaising with clients and site contacts in a professional mannerWork in a hands-on, dynamic, and technically diverse roleGain exposure to cutting-edge AV technologies and continuous upskilling opportunitiesRequired Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 4 years'' experience in AV installation and service rolesStrong understanding of AV systems, VC platforms, codecs, and firmware updatesExcellent communication skills-verbal and written-across all levelsGood organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressureAble to work independently and collaboratively in a teamFull, clean UK driving licence
