This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role and working closely with experienced legal professionals. The position would suit a candidate with existing paralegal experience in Private Client work, or someone in a similar role looking to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities: Supporting fee earners with a range of Trusts and Estates and Private Client mattersAssisting with onboarding and supporting new and existing clientsLiaising regularly with clients and third parties, including beneficiaries, the Probate Registry and HM Revenue and CustomsPreparing and producing legal documentation such as letters, attendance notes, briefs and billsMaintaining accurate records, case files and diariesEnsuring work is completed efficiently and within agreed timeframes Experience Required for This Role: Previous experience within Private Client / Trusts and Estates workAbility to prepare, complete, analyse and interpret legal documentationExperience using a case management system is desirable but not essentialStrong self-management and organisational skillsHigh level of attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfident
